Custom Whole Beef - $500 Deposit

This deposit will reserve your custom whole beef. Maximum wait of 60 days prior to product availability. 

Each grain-finished carcass is approximately 850lbs 

This is a variable weight since each animal is not the same size at harvest. 

•  $5.00/lb on the hanging weight 850 is a total of (Roughly $4250) 

• The amount of consumable meat you get off of the carcass is going to be about 480-520lbs (anywhere from 58-63% of the carcass weight)
• This breaks down to about $8.50 a pound for all of your beef products.
