Custom Quarter Beef- $150 Deposit

This deposit will reserve your custom quarter beef. Maximum wait of 60 days prior to product availability. 

Each grain-finished carcass is approximately 850lbs divided by 4 to equal 1/4 is 212.5lbs.

This is a variable weight since each animal is not the same size at harvest. 

•  $5.50/lb on the hanging weight (Roughly $1170) based on 212.5lb carcass

• The amount of consumable meat you get off of the carcass is going to be about 120-130lbs (anywhere from 58-63% of the carcass weight)
• This breaks down to about $9.36 a pound for all of your beef products.
