Custom Half Beef - $250 Deposit

This deposit will reserve your custom half beef. Maximum wait of 60 days prior to product availability. 

Each grain-finished carcass is approximately 850lbs divided by 2 to equal half is 425lbs.

This is a variable weight since each animal is not the same size at harvest. 

•  $5.25/lb on the hanging weight (Roughly $2250) based on 425 lb carcass

• The amount of consumable meat you get off of the carcass is going to be about 240-260lbs (anywhere from 58-63% of the carcass weight)
• This breaks down to about $9.00 a pound for all of your beef products.
